Synopsis

While doing his job in a futuristic environment, a technician is being attacked by a hostile drone. He escapes barely with his life and manages to outwit and loose the attacker. Until he stumbles and draws attention to himself again. He can escape to an abandoned control center, where he deems himself safe.
When emerging from the other side of the building, the drone surprises him and he gets wounded. A friendly drone saves the hero at the last second.

 

'The Infiltrators' is a concept for a very ambitious total conversion Mod based on Unreal Tournament 2004.
It combines elements from ego-shooter, RTS and building simulation games to an interesting genre mix,
with the focus lying on tactical gameplay and exploration.

  • Two races battle it out in futuristic environments for the most precious of resources: water.
  • Populate the areas under your control with clones of your race's idea of what future human life is supposed to be
  • Take control over a variety of upgradeable vehicles produced in your Mobile Command Base
  • Gather resources
  • Fight it out in Cyberspace to help your troops advance on the surface and in the air
  • Keep track of the action and issue commands in an overhead view of the battlefield

Oliver Bermes

Born in 1973 in Freiburg i. Br., Germany.
1992 Abitur (final exam high school).
1993-1997 Studied Graphic Design/Visual Communication at the Freiburger-Grafik-Schule, Freiburg, Germany.
1997-1999 Creative for advertising agencies in Melbourne, Australia.
2000-2002 Freelance Graphic-Designer for print, web and interactive media.
2002-2004 Studied animation at the Filmakademie, Baden-Württemberg, Institute for Animation, Visual Effects and Digital Postproduction.
Presently working as freelance 3D-Artist and animator.
